A 37 years old man presented with history of thyroid nodule.
Five years earlier FNA of his nodule ( 3* 4 cm) was performed that revealed:
Hypo cellular result without anything in favor of malignancy. ( normal TSH )
2 years loss to follow up
And then he report significant increase in size of nodule
Scan: cold nodule
ReFNA: atypia with undetermined significance
Surgery: lobectomy + ischmectomy
Pathology: poorly differentiated and insular type PTC
2 weeks later total thyroidectomy
FH: PTC in his sister
No lymph node
Negative shvostek sign

Postablation Scan: right side uptake in thyroid bed
