CC  :   Weight gain and muscle weakness
HPI : Our patient is a 27 years old woman who has been referred to endocrine clinic following weight gain (8 kg over 4 months),specially in central part of her body.
Muscle weakness,puffiness,Hypertension from 4 months ago.

PMH:
Menarche : 14 years old
irregular manse from 14 years old with amenorrhea duration that controlled with drug
hypothyroidism from 3 years ago
minor thalassemia
G1P1Ab0  with natural pregnancy,3 years ago
 

DH:
TAB LOSARTAN 25mg                  BD
TAB FERROUS SULFATE             Daily
TAB LEVOTHYROXINE 0.1 mg  Daily
