تاريخچه

در سال 1391 مرکز تحقیقات تغذیه در بیماریهای غدد درون ریز به منظور ایجاد هماهنگی در پژوهش های پایه و کاربردی در این حیطه در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی به تصویب اصولی رسید و در سال 1397 تصویب قطعی آن در وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی انجام شد.

با شروع مطالعه قند و لیپید تهران در سال 1378 و نظر به اهمیت تغذیه در پیشگیری از بیماریهای غیرواگیر، فعالیت های این مرکز در قالب بررسی وضعیت تغذیه ای و ارتباط آن با سطح سرمی لیپید و لیپوپروتئین ها در جمعیت مطالعه قند و لیپید تهران آغاز شد. مهم ترین دستاورد این طرح پژوهشی آینده نگر، تهیه پرسشنامه بسامد خوراک روا و پایا است که ابزار بررسی وضعیت تغذیه ای می باشد و مورد استفاده پژوهشگران و دانشجویان در مراکز تحقیقاتی و دانشگاههای کشور است. همچنین تاکنون بیش از 350 مقاله علمی پژوهشی انگلیسی و فارسی در مجلات معتبر داخلی و خارجی به چاپ رسیده است. همکاری وسیع در طرح ملی مداخله تغییر شیوه زندگی به منظور پیشگیری از بیماریهای غیرواگیر از جمله فعالیتهای این مرکز بوده است. ارایه طرح های تحقیقاتی مداخله بالینی برای پیشگیری و درمان تغذیه ای بیماریهای غدد درون ریز، طرح های پژوهشی آینده نگر، تهیه  و تالیف کتب برای ناشران بین المللی و ناشران داخلی از جمله درسنامه اصول تنظیم برنامه های غذایی، از دیگر فعالیتهای محققین این مرکز می باشد.این مرکز با دانشگاههای معتبر بین المللی در تهیه بانک اطلاعاتی تغذیه ای جهانی و دانشگاهها و مراکز تحقیقاتی داخل کشور همکاری نموده است.

مجموع فعالیتها، منجر به کسب جوایز ارزنده پژوهشی برای محققان این مرکز شده است. در سال 1397 نیز مرکز تحقیقات تغذیه در بیماریهای غدد درون ریز به عنوان مرکز تحقیقاتی برتر غیر مستقل در جشنواره رازی برگزیده شد.

اهداف و الويت ها

1- ارزيابي وضعيت تغذيه:

*تعيين عادات، الگوها و عوامل تغذيه­اي در ارتباط با عوامل خطر بيماري­هاي غدد درون ريز(ديابت/سندرم متابوليک/قلبي عروقي/تيروئيد/سرطان)

*ارزيابي­هاي تن سنجي

*ارزيابي ريز مغذي­ها

2- مداخلات تغذيه­اي براي کاهش بيماري­هاي غدد درون ريز:

*طراحي و اجراي مداخلات بر مبناي آموزش تغذيه

*طراحي و اجراي مداخلات بر مبناي رژيم­هاي درماني

*طراحي و اجراي مداخلات بر مبناي مکمل­هاي غذايي، غذا-داروها و مواد غذايي فراويژه

3- طراحي و اجراي مطالعات پايه در ارتباط با تغذيه و بيماري­هاي غدد درون ريز:

*طراحي و اجراي مطالعات سلولي مولکولي

*طراحي و اجراي مطالعات تجربي

 4- تبيين فرايند شکل­گيري عادات و رفتارهاي تغذيه­اي:

*طراحي و اجراي مطالعات کيفي جهت تبيين فرآيند شکل­گيري عادات نادرست تغذيه­اي در کودکان و نوجوانان

*طراحي و اجراي مطالعات کيفي جهت تبيين فرآيند شکل­گيري رفتارهاي غلط تغذيه­اي خانواده

 5- بررسي عوامل تغذيه­اي موثر بر رشد و تکامل و اندوکرينولوژي توليدمثل:

*عوامل تغذيه­اي موثر در مراحل مختلف بلوغ جنسي

*عوامل تغذيه­اي موثر بر سطوح مختلف هورمون­هاي مرتبط با رشد و بلوغ

*عوامل تغذيه­اي موثر بر سن پائسگي و عوارض آن

*عوامل تغذيه­اي مرتبط با اختلالات اندروکرينولوژي توليد مثل

6- تهيه و تدوين گزارش از داده­هاي موجود کشوري:

*انجام مطالعات متا آناليز

*انجام مطالعات مرور سيستماتيک

7- توسعه و اعتبار سنجي ابزارهاي تشخيصي وضعيت تغذيه
