Case Presentation Severe VDD

present illness

A 56 year old woman came with complaints of weakness from 15 months ago. her weakness had worsened gradually and the bone pain had added to weakness since farvardin 98 . she came to doctor because of generalized bone pain and skeletal deformity (kyphoscoliosis) at farvardin. oral agent medications prescribed for her at that moment, but her weakness didn’t improve and after 6-month She hadn’t could stand on her legs and had to sit on wheelchair.
At 13/7/98 She came to hospital with diarrhea , weakness and bone pain and She admitted for more evaluation in general ward.
ROS: dyspnea fc2 , anorexia, fatigue,weight loss about 26 kg in 1-year duration.
HTN
Anemia (from 15 years ago)
She talked about injection of pack cell at the year of 83,88 and 90.
Psychologic disorder
Fistula surgery 2 years ago
she had 7pregnancy without any abortion And the last childbirth was 22 years ago.
Lactated all of them.
One of her children died at the age of 24( because of meningitis).
no history of menorrhagia, menometrorrhagia, dysmenorrhea and hypermenorrhea.
Menopause at the age of 50
Education: Elementary fifth
Job: housewife
