Medical History and Physical Examination

Chief Complaint:

Consult from the bone marrow transplant ward for dose adjustment of corticosteroids

Present illness:

18 year old boy

Known case of  Classic CAH  (21OH  deficiency)

Since the age of  2 weeks after birth:

Poor feeding / restlessness / nausea / vomiting

Failure to thrive and lethargy

Finally he was diagnosed at the age of 4 months and since then, he was under the care of pediatric endocrinologist
