A 72-Year-old man known case of multiple myeloma from 3years ago, presented with complaint of weakness,paresthesia of lower extermities  and new and abrupt onset of polyuria and nocturia from 25 days before admission ,he reported in the beginning he had been passing about 4 litre per day and 1 time nocturia but in the past week he had been waking up 7times during the night and passing about 9 litre,in retrospective he had noticed increased thirst and craving for cold water for one month.

There was no history of hypotension. 

In addition he had depressed  mood in these past years.
