A 32-year-old female, married , head nurse of ICU known case of hypothyroidism from 10 years ago referred for nausea and vomiting.
( the diagnosis of was incidentally in ENT visit due to pharyngitis without removable symptoms of hypothyroidism and during recent 10 years , the patient was treated with levothyroxine 100mcg daily. )
During this period it has been shown to have high TSH levels ( TSH >100 mic I U/ml ) two times it has normal by increasing dosage. (max two tablets levothyroxine 100mcg/daily )
From 3 months ago , the patient nausea , vomiting and puffiness in her face , hands and feet along with hair loss and palpitation and spontaneously galactorrhea .
(Menstruation cycle was normal . The patient also complains of sitophobia and cold intolerance and weight loss ( 6 kg / 3 months ) …)
