1. 5. a 25 year old single female living in astara with Amenorrhea was seen by a general practitioner 8 month ago(95/3) and was prescribed OCP resulting into  approximate improvement. She later referred to the doctor with signs intensified into menstrual delays, spotting.
   5.  With respect to the aforementioned, she was referred to endocrinologist in Esfahan to have the probable Cushing's symptoms ruled out. ( she was admitted in hospital for further investigation).
