The patient is a 34 year-old man who sought medical advice due to a previously diagnosed growth hormone abnormality. He doesn’t remember when exactly his problem started but says that he came to know about it almost 2 years ago, when following a repeated scalp mass, he was admitted and maybe because of his appearance, laboratory and imaging evaluation was done. His appearance, though it’s been this weird since many years ago, was never a question for neither he himself or his surroundings. still he describes an increase in his shoe size since almost 6 to 7 years ago from 44 to 47. He’s married; has a child and doesn’t complain from any reduction in libido or erection dysfunction.
