  2. Ca:14.7mg/dl  Ph:1.9mg/dl  PTH:728pg/ml  detected for him and since Sestamibi scan was in favor of a parathyroid adenoma in the left side,parathyroidectomy done for him and pathology report showed a 2.5mm parathyroid adenoma.
