Problem list

• a 31 years old female, with gradually progressive back pain since 3 years ago after her delivery
• Point tenderness on her spine at thoracic and lumbar area
• Multiple wedge fracture at MRI and X-Ray
• Osteoporosis at BMD
• Not any secondary causes detected
• Treated with Alendronate, Ca-D, Vitamin D
• Ongoing pain despite of treatment
