Lactating mother with hyperthyroidism
A 29-yr-old woman presents with typical symptoms and signs of thyrotocicosis 3 months postpartum. T4 14.2 μg/dl, RT3u 37%, T3 290 ng/dl, FT4 2.9 ng/dl and TSH <0.1 mU/L. She is fully breastfeeding a completely normal girl.
